These AirTags can be seen and accessed through the camera view of mobile devices with Sekai Camera software.” A great technology for museums, and larger shopping malls. Junier research expect Augmented Reality on the mobile to generate $732 million by 2014. Way cool!

Using the inbuilt compass in modern cellphones, and GPS, a new reality is born? (ehhh nope, discussions about what reality is and how we define this – is a subject I rather discuss over a bottle of wine). However, the cellphone as a tool combined with compass and GPS, will have a huge impact on how we search information in the near future. Watch the demo movie, and then you sort of realize that “business is local” easily transforms to “business is in your hand”. When will we see dating applications to find singels in your nearby location based on this technology? Who want to be a millionare?

At Apple’s recent WWDC developer conference, 20,000 of the most popular iPhone apps were showcased on a pulsating wall of 30 Cinema Displays. Whenever someone downloaded a particular app, its icon pulsed light outwards creating a mesmerising display.
