Obscura Digital, has a developed VisionAire (great name by the way!) that lets user interact with visual data in the air! You never touch anything you just interact in the air. It looks amazing and would be really nice on stage at for ex. product launches… Check out their other AirTouch as well at their blog – and how they helped GM communicate their environmental message with similar technology.

Summer is here. U2 is soon here. And with them – one of the most advanced audiovisual shows ever toured the planet. This “360 degree” tour makes me feel like a child again – eager to discover the full spectrum of life, in all colours, unknown shapes and energy levels. So I see you @ the concert – ok? Using the inbuilt compass in modern cellphones, and GPS, a new reality is born? (ehhh nope, discussions about what reality is and how we define this – is a subject I rather discuss over a bottle of wine). However, the cellphone as a tool combined with compass and GPS, will have a huge impact on how we search information in the near future. Watch the demo movie, and then you sort of realize that “business is local” easily transforms to “business is in your hand”. When will we see dating applications to find singels in your nearby location based on this technology? Who want to be a millionare?
